Shipping Information
We take great care in preparing every order so your experience feels as special as the watch itself.
Processing Time:
Each order is carefully packed and prepared within 3–5 business days before dispatch.
Delivery Estimates:
Australia: 3–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)
Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Holiday Season Notice:
During peak seasons such as Christmas, please allow extra time for delivery. We recommend ordering early to ensure your watch arrives before your special moment.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your experience with A Walk in the Park. If for any reason your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and our team will make it right.
Because each kit is assembled and contains multiple precision components, returns are only accepted on unopened and unused kits in their original condition.
Return Conditions:
Must be returned within 14 days of delivery
Product must be unused and in original packaging
Engraved or personalized items are not eligible for return
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect)
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Missing Items
If any part of your kit arrives damaged or missing, please email us at awalkintheparkteam@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll replace or resend the affected items as quickly as possible.
